Talent Group Was Established under China Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA)

On April 8-9, 2025, to accelerate the cultivation of the AI industry ecosystem and promote AI-enabled new industrialization, the 14th Plenary Session of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA) and the "AI Empowering New Industrialization Deep Dive (Nanjing Station)" were successfully held. During the plenary session on the afternoon of the 9th, the Talent Group of AIIA was officially established, aiming to build a new system for AI talent development.

Currently, artificial intelligence has become a core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of various industries. The establishment of the Talent Group aims to pool top industry experts, leading enterprises, and professional institutions through resource integration, system construction, mechanism innovation, and international cooperation, providing robust talent support for China's AI development.
The TalenGroup is led by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the chair unit, with the Beijing Talent Development Strategy Research Institute serving as the co-chair unit and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) as the vice-chair unit. Member units encompass diverse entities across the innovation chain, industrial chain, education chain, and talent chain, including key universities, research institutes, sci-tech publishers, and leading human resources enterprises.
The establishment of the Talent Group is an important initiative to implement China’s "AI+" action. Through multi-stakeholder collaboration among government, industry, academia, research, and application, the working group will drive high-quality development in the AI industry and provide sustainable talent support for China's technological innovation and the construction of a modern industrial system.
