This study uses a sample of 195 chairmen of A-share listed companies born after 1980 to systematically examine the growth characteristics and influencing factors of the new generation of private entrepreneurs using resume analysis and survival analysis methods, and proposes suggestions for supporting the growth of the new generation of private entrepreneurs.

This study systematically sorts out the connotation and classification of talents in international organizations, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China's international organization talent team construction, and provides targeted suggestions for strengthening the construction of talent teams for international organizations.
