This study addresses the limitations of general large models in talent research, such as being too broad and lacking specialization and academic standardization. We constructs a dedicated intelligent agent, Talegent, aiming to create a trustworthy and usable digital researcher and fully promote the “human & intelligent agent” working model.

This study analyses the overall situation and development trend of global talent mobility, provides an in-depth analysis of Beijing's practices and problems in promoting international talent mobility, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for building a global talent mobility governance system.
